Come graditissimamente segnalato nelò nostro Forum dal nostro amico Sergio, siamo lieti di segnalare la nuova pista Roller di Grugliasco che e’ formata da un anello esterno da velocita’ con curve sopraelevate e un rettangolo interno sempre rotellabile in cui dare sfogo a tutta la propria creativita’, inoltre di ottima fattura. La potete notare al interno del rettangolo rosso tra via fratelli Cervi e via Olevano.

World Slalom Series 2010

Hello and Happy New Year to everyone !

The World Slalom Series 2010 will be very exciting again this year ! Already 40 events are confirmed and we expect more than 50 events all over the world !! The national series are growing as well, offering more events to skaters who prefer to stay at home.

Events categories : This year some little changes happened since a new category appeared : Starter (0 cone) category .
2009 categories didn’t change their names but the “cones” attribution changed : 0 cones became 1 cone, 1 cone became 2 cones, 2 cones became 3 cones and 3 cones became 4 cones.

European Main & Major Events :
This year, little changes will be held, since one more event is going to be on the list of main european events : Madrid, Spain.
Russian main event is going to be in St Petersburg this year, a good opportunity to discover this beautiful city !
German main event, the Inline Games, will move to Berlin this year.
London (UK) event will be organized again after the great success of 2009.
Paris (France) event will be the European Major event 2010 and the WSSA Europe Championship 2010.

Asian Main & Major Events :
We are still waiting some confirmations from Asia, since many countries still didn’t have their national committee meeting to validate 2010 calendar.
We expect more events in 2010, since there were less main Asian events scheduled in 2009.
Beijing Slalom Open will be held again this year as main Asian event.
We expect to see another main event in Singapore on schedule again in 2010.
Chuncheon leisure games (Korea) are still on schedule from last year but can be subject to changes.
Asian Major event 2010 and FIRS/WSSA World Slalom Championships should be held in Jeonju (Korea) in September.

America, South America, Africa, Australia :
We hope to see more and more events in those regions ; we already scheduled 2 events in north america (USA & Canada) and we expect one or 2 more in USA as national series.
4 events were held in south america in 2009 (Brazil and Argentina) and we hope to see those events again in 2010 and become more international.
1 event was held in Africa in 2009, we expect at least 2 events this year.
1 event was held in Australia as well, and we expect to see more in 2010.

The national series are developping too since already 3 of them will be organised this year in Italy, Poland and UK.
